For those wanting to know just how close to the riders we got at le tour, this shot is of the start of Stage 15. You can see all three leaders (armstrong, rasmussen and basso) which i reckon is pretty good.

Having spent two nights sleeping in the back of our rented car, it was great to get back into a soft spongey bed here in Girona and get a decent night in.

To those thinking of doing the tour sometime - DO IT! While sleeping in cars may not be everyone´s kettle of flake, the sense of occasion and the sheer power of the athletes was incredible. No rest for the wicked though, and on monday rowenas folks arrived...
